FrenchCreek shock absorbing web lanyards are extremely versatile.
They are constructed of rugged, durable, high quality 1" synthetic webbing.
The shock absorbing device comes in the form of a pack on one end of
the lanyard that attaches to the back D-ring on a full body harness.
Please inquire about snap hook combinations that may not be listed or pictured, or for lengths other than the standard 6'.

74NZ snaps are Steel, 3/4" gate, locking snap, Z SERIES: hardware meets the new 2007 ANSI Z359.1 standards.

One of the major updates to the Z359.1 Standard is the new Gate Strength requirements, which requires snap hooks and carabiners meet the following conditions:
Gate Face must withstand a load of 3,600 lbs. (old standard was 220 lbs.)
Side of Gate must withstand a load of 3,600 lbs. (old standard was 350 lbs.)
Minor Axis of snap hooks or carabiners (except ones with captive eyes) must withstand a load of 3,600 lbs.
Tensile load for snap hooks and carabiners must withstand a load of 5,000 lbs. (same as current standard)
The new ANSI Z359 Standard went into effect on October 15, 2007
